Terms and conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms and Conditions) govern the rights and obligations between the provider and customers and define the manner of business operations relating to the sale of products and services via websites or on the basis of individual offers.

2. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are drawn up in accordance with:
the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1),
the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2),
the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),
the Obligations Code (OZ), and
other applicable legislation of the Republic of Slovenia.
The Terms and Conditions define the operation of the Provider, the rights and obligations of the Customer, and regulate the business relationship between the Provider and the Customer.
The Customer is bound by the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of placing the order. Before submitting an order, the Customer is explicitly informed of the Terms and Conditions and by placing the order confirms that they have read and accepted them.
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version valid at the time the order is placed shall apply.
Photographs and product descriptions are for illustrative and informational purposes only.
3. Offer and Order
The Customer selects products or services and places an order via e-mail, an online form, or another agreed method.
Before submitting the order, the Customer has the opportunity to review and correct any errors. By submitting the order, the Customer confirms that they are familiar with the entire content of the order.
After the order is placed, the Customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail. At this point, the sales contract is deemed concluded.
A copy of the order is stored by the Provider in accordance with applicable legislation.
4. Prices
All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The price valid at the time of placing the order shall apply. The Provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
5. Obligation to Pay
By placing an order, the Customer undertakes to pay for the ordered products or services.
The Customer selects the payment method available at the time of placing the order. Without selecting a payment method, the order cannot be completed.
Before submitting the order, the Customer is clearly informed of the final price and any additional costs.
If the Customer chooses payment by pro forma invoice and fails to settle the payment within 14 days from receipt of the invoice, it shall be deemed that the Customer has withdrawn from the contract. In such case, the Provider is not obliged to deliver the ordered goods or perform the service.
6. Delivery Time and Delivery
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the type of product or service.
The Provider reserves the right to choose the most appropriate delivery method. In special cases, the Provider and the Customer may agree otherwise.
The Customer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal from the contract is governed by the Consumer Protection Act.
A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without stating a reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day following receipt of the goods.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
The Customer must return the goods undamaged, in unchanged quantity and, where possible, in the original packaging, unless the goods have been destroyed or damaged without the Customer’s fault.
The Customer has no right of withdrawal in cases defined by law, in particular for goods made to the Customer’s exact specifications or clearly personalized.
8. Complaints and Non-Conformity
The Customer may exercise rights arising from lack of conformity or defects in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Provider’s e-mail address.
The Provider shall handle complaints as soon as possible and in accordance with applicable legislation.
9. Personal Data Protection
The Provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of Customers in accordance with applicable legislation.
Personal data shall be used exclusively for the purpose of order processing and communication with the Customer.
10. Complaints Procedure and Dispute Resolution
The Provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Customers may submit complaints via e-mail or telephone.
The Provider will strive to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the competent court in the Republic of Slovenia shall have jurisdiction.
11. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of publication.
